Learner Eligibility
Aged 16+ and living in England.
Not in full-time education.
Has the right to work in the UK.
Employed, or with an employer ready to employ them, in a role where AI and automation can be applied.
Employer Requirements
Provide relevant workplace activity to apply and evidence knowledge and skills.
Allow at least 6 hours per week off-the-job training within working hours.
Support project planning for End Point Assessment.
Join regular progress reviews with learner and college.
What You Will Learn

Technical Literacy (Non-Coding)
Understand systems and platforms without needing to write code.
Design, Build & Test
Configure low-code/no-code solutions using tools such as Power Automate, Relay.app, Make and Zapier.
Human-Centred & Responsible Design
Apply ethics, fairness and transparency so solutions work for people.
Communication & Adoption
Lead workshops, produce training materials, and support change adoption.
Governance, Risk & Compliance
Design auditable workflows, assess risk, and align with policy and regulation.
What You Will Actually Do
Workplace Delivery
Identify and deliver AI/automation opportunities that improve productivity and quality.
Evaluate tools and configure practical low-code/no-code solutions.
Work with technical teams when implementations are more complex.
Measurement & Impact
Run workshops and support teams through adoption.
Create documentation and training assets for users.
Define baselines, measure outcomes, and report value created.
Monitor and refine solutions while maintaining secure and responsible AI use.

Entry Requirements & Employer Value
Entry Requirements
A-Level, BTEC, T-Level, or apprenticeship in IT/business-related study, or equivalent workplace experience.
At least one year in an IT, business support or project-based role is suitable.
Baseline English and maths expected, or willingness to work towards this during programme.
